Terms of sale
The rules for buying from ellpure.com. They're short, and we've written them in plain English. Last updated October 3, 2026.
Who we are
Ellpure is an online shop selling graphic T-shirts, hoodies and jackets at ellpure.com. You can reach us at contact@ellpure.com.
Placing an order
When you check out, you're offering to buy the items in your cart. The order is accepted when we take payment and send your order confirmation email. If we can't fulfil an order, for example because of a pricing mistake, we'll tell you and refund anything you paid.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We take card payments through Stripe. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you placed your order.
Printing and colors
Every item is printed after you order it. Colors on your screen can look slightly different from the printed shirt, and printed designs can sit a little differently from shirt to shirt. That's normal and isn't a fault.
Shipping
Delivery estimates are estimates, not promises. Once your order has shipped it's in the carrier's hands, but if it goes missing we'll help you sort it out. See shipping and returns for details.
Returns and refunds
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. Because items are printed to order, we don't accept returns for the wrong size or a change of mind. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live. Our designs
The designs, product photos and writing on this site belong to Ellpure. Buying a shirt lets you wear it, not reproduce the design. Please don't copy or resell our designs without asking first.
Using this site
Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it, place fake orders, or post spam. We may cancel orders or close accounts that do.
Liability
We're responsible for getting you the product you ordered in good condition. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't a foreseeable result of something we did wrong. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page when you placed it.
