Privacy policy

When you place an order

To make and send your order we collect your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. We use this to print and ship your order, send you order and shipping emails, handle any problems with it, and keep the records the law requires for tax and accounting.

If you create an account, we also keep your login details and order history so you can see past orders and check out faster.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never stored on this site. Stripe uses it to take the payment and to help detect fraud. You can read Stripe's privacy policy.

Printing and delivery

We share your name, shipping address and the items in your order with the company that prints our shirts and with the delivery carrier, only so they can make and deliver your order.

When you browse the site

We count page visits so we know which pages people find useful. That count doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.

We also use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. These set cookies and collect information such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use, and roughly where you are. Google's privacy policy explains how it uses this data.

The store sets a few cookies that it needs to work, such as the one that remembers what's in your cart, and records which website or campaign sent you to us when you place an order.

The checkout and login forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that the person filling them in isn't a bot.

Emails

We'll email you about your order. We'll only send you marketing emails if you've signed up for them, and every one has a link to unsubscribe.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting, and account details until you ask us to delete your account. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@ellpure.com and we'll take care of it. Some order records may need to be kept for legal reasons, and we'll tell you if that applies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The store won't remember your cart without them.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
