I have a coupon, where do I enter it?
Once you are ready to checkout, go to your cart and add your coupons(s) under your items.

How do I know the status of my order?
To view the status of your orders please head over to your orders page.

How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed yet, you can cancel it on your orders page. Otherwise we may be able to cancel it if you contact us. We will try our best but we may not be able to cancel it in time.

How long will it take to get my order?
T-Shirts & Hoodies: Once you place your order, it usually takes 2 days to print, and 3-4 days to ship to the United States. Canada usually takes 4-5 days, Europe 5-6, Australia 7-8. We do not have control over how long it takes to get to you after we ship your items, but we do try to get you your items as fast as possible. If you think your package is lost, please contact us.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the world!

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the US is free. International shipping is free on purchases over $50, or $5 for the first item plus $2 for each additional item on purchases under $50.

What about international duties and taxes?
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. Any customs or import duties are charged at the time of import at the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges.

I think my package is lost.
If your package has not updated on the tracking page for 1 week for domestic orders or 2 weeks for international orders, please contact us.

How can I exchange/return items?
If you need to return an item, please do so within 30 days of purchase. If you did not receive your item before 30 days, such as in the case of a pre-order, please contact us about your return within 30 days of receiving your product. Please contact us to initiate a return.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club) using Stripe. You can also use your PayPal account, or even use your credit card via PayPal if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Do you offer price adjustments?
Unfortunately our billing department usually doesn’t allow us to make price adjustments after 30 days but we might be able to hook you up with a coupon. If you’re within 30 days or would like to ask for a coupon (we can’t guarantee you anything, but we can try!), please contact us.

What currency am I paying in?
All listed prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Currency transfers are processed at checkout via our payment providers.

How can I find my security number?
For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, you can find the 3 digit security number on the back of your card. For American Express, you can find the 4 digit security number on the front of your card.

I’m having a technical issue with the website.
If you’re having technical issues with the site, you can report them to become a bug hunter. Bug hunters are rewarded with free stuff, so make sure to report it asap! Remember to include a valid email so we can get back to you with your goodies! Contact Us.
